About the role:

Based in our Wellington office reporting to the Development & Automation Lead, this role will have you working across the Australian & New Zealand business, within our Digital Practice group and be responsible for building, support, and maintain the M365 and SharePoint environments and assisting the ANZ region with general SharePoint Site support.

You will also act as the technical liaison between the business lines and ITS and will work to resolve and coordinate project tasks and support issues, provide technical knowledge, coaching and support to business line teams and will participate in day-to-day management of M365 and SharePoint support request/tickets.

Each day will bring about its own unique challenges, but as a brief snapshot as per below:

  • Support the SharePoint and M365 environments.

  • Design, develop and support modern business solutions across SharePoint, Power Platform and related M365 technologies.

  • Improve and document the technical processes around M365 and SharePoint for the region.

About you:

  • 3 years practical experience with maintaining, supporting, and working in M365 and SharePoint

  • Proven experience using SharePoint as a Document Management System

  • Experience delivering SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform projects.

  • Experience using SharePoint and Power Platform (Low-Code/No-Code) technologies.

  • Experience designing and developing Power Automate workflows to automate business processes would be advantageous.

  • Practical experience with HTML, CSS, XML, JSON would also be advantageous
