Reporting to the Senior Manager, Benefits, the incumbent’s primary role is to manage the data integrity around our benefit enrollment information. This is an experienced professional level supervisory role and is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for HR systems, vendor management and process improvement. Your Key Responsibilities
Leading a small team, ensures benefit inquiries pertaining to all North American benefit programs (from health and wellness to retirement) are handled appropriately. Ensures investigations and guidance is provided for complex benefit issues.
Interfaces and creates effective partnerships with internal clients (HR Operations Payroll, Benefits, various Audit teams) and external vendors across North America.
Provides training and mentoring to direct staff, as well as other HR Operations representatives.
Maintains open communication flow with the Corporate Benefit group on vendor issues (technical, customer service, etc.) and adherence to service level agreements.
Point person representing HR Operations (Benefits) for acquisitions (North American based), annual enrollment, vendor management, renewals and RFPs.
Suggests process changes based on outcomes to improve existing processes and leads those initiatives with the Corporate Benefit group.
Oversees and participates in communication initiatives.
Serves as a back-up for all team functions and may perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
YourCapabilities and Credentials
Experience with HRMS systems, third party benefitenrollment and case management tools preferred
Experience working with a large North American (orGlobal) employer and comfortable working and leading in a virtual teamenvironment
Strong MS Office Suite skills required
Bachelor’sdegree with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience or an equivalentcombination of education and related experience.
Priorsupervisory experience preferred.
An ability to manage a heavy workload, with a closeattention to detail.Haveimpressive communication skills and ability to lead a team to meet tightdeadlines.Theability to work and lead in a virtual, large employer environment.French language isnot required, but would be a strong asset.
CBP, CEBS,PHR and/or CHRP preferred.
