Your Opportunity

As an Equipment Coordinator, you will work with both the administrative and equipment teams to help staff with the organization and shipping of equipment while aiding the Office Lead in the daily operations of a large consulting office. The successful candidate will have a passion for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment and would have strong skills in customer service and attention to detail.

This is a full-time permanent position.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Shipping and receiving equipment for a variety of field projects

  • Maintenance and scheduling for fleet trucks

  • Recording fleet on-line mileage logs and preparation of charge out sheets

  • Assist staff in procuring equipment and supplies

  • Maintain warehouse and track equipment

  • Coordinating pickup and drop off equipment or samples to appropriate locations

  • Collaboration with equipment coordinators in other BC offices

  • Administrative duties as required

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Confident user of MS office including Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Solid written and verbal skills

  • Proven high attention to detail

  • Experience within a fast-paced, high demand environment

  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team

  • Demonstrated organizational skills with an ability to prioritize work

  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Interest in Health and Safety

  • Flexible work hours on occasion

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service capacity.

  • Preferred background in asset management and inventory controls but not required.

  • Knowledge of environmental monitoring equipment would be an asset.

  • Class 5 license is required.

Salary Range(s):

  • BC Other Areas $42,600 - BC Other Areas $57,500 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in BC (Lower Mainland includes Vancouver & Burnaby)

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
