Your Opportunity

Our Tampa office is looking to add an entry level Laborer, for the subsurface utilities survey team. the Laborer will assist the assigned SUE Coordinator in the daily operations of designating and locating sub-surface utilities. No experience needed, We will train.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the field investigation/designation of subsurface utilities to the full and complete satisfaction of Stantec’s clients on private and public sector projects.

• Willingness to develop a working knowledge of and be able to demonstrate expertise in the use of a vacuum excavation units and have a minimum of two years’ experience using ground penetrating radar and electromagnetic signal induction equipment is desired, but not required.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Ability to travel to local job site locations.

• Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.

• Prior to employment, this position will require the successful passing of a pre-employment drug screen.

• Experience with GPR and Land Surveying equipment a plus.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 Years SUE Experience is desired, but not required.
