Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business development activities (account management, proposal preparation, business development meetings, client surveys, etc.) with a core group of engineering professionals engaged in business development. Actively involved in the market and community outreach and engagement.

  • Coordination with account manager for the development of account management plans for key clients and contributing to the marketing and business development (M&BD) plan for the BC including cross selling. Partner with key stakeholders to drive collaboration on pursuits across US North.

  • Assist with utilizing and ensuring the opportunity Pipeline is maintained and monitored to optimize business development plans.

  • Contribute to the development of project scope, budgets, and design approach for various sized projects, and position for potential projects with support from marketing and other business development professionals, writing technical portions of proposals, leading client interviews and leading negotiations for project contracts.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in client project requirement meetings, coordination meetings with internal and/or external consultants, owner and contractor, sub-contractors, and vendors in preparation and coordination of project specifications.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 15 years of related work experience or, an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

This is a part-time role working up to 20 hours per week.
