Your Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to provide local digital practices leadership, technical expertise, and user support across multiple market sectors and disciplines.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provides in-house BIM project onboarding, and ongoing training on BIM standards and workflows as necessary.

  • Influences, implements, and supports discipline and interdisciplinary BIM standards and Digital collaboration workflows.

  • Evaluates and recommends new and evolving BIM related technologies and workflows.

  • Assist and support project teams with the development and implementation of a BIM Execution Plan, model matrices, and other supporting digital scope project documentation.

  • Assist and support project teams in model set-up, cloud ACC/BIM360 set-up, and ongoing management on an as needed basis.

  • Reviews projects as needed to ensure quality and cohesion in accordance with firm or client standards.

  • Represents the architectural and/or engineering practice needs via active participation in monthly Digital Practice coordination meetings.

  • Communication and rollout of corporate initiatives and standards.

  • Ability and willingness to respond to occasional off-hours project and/or support needs.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Expert-level knowledge of current modeling, drafting, visualization software required, including but not limited to Revit and associated plug-ins.

  • Proven track record of contributing to successful project delivery of architectural and/or engineering projects.

  • Thorough understanding of buildings systems design, layout, and coordination and/or engineering.

  • Strong understanding of design coordination/clash detection process and technology.

  • Expert knowledge of all Microsoft M365 applications; latest Autodesk products: Revit, Navis Manage, BIM 360/ACC.

  • Functional knowledge of other common AEC industry products including Bluebeam, Newforma, Sketchup, Enscape, TwinMotion, and ProCore, etc.

  • Essential attributes include strong communication skills, a customer-service orientation, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education and Experience

Minimum educational requirement of an Associate’s degree or technical school certificate in a related program. A minimum of 5-7 years of related professional experience with BIM technologies and process; or an equivalent combination of education and mandatory related experience.

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Work from home may be optional for up to two days per week depending on assignment.
