We are currently seeking a Governance and Auditor Coordinator to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of projects, with clients such as National Grid across the country.

As a Governance and Auditor Coordinator in transmission and distribution, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and achieving organisational strategy. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing aspects of governance and audit functions within our clients’ organisation.

This includes managing audits and governance meetings, adhering to compliance strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices. Your role is crucial in maintaining a reputation for excellence and integrity within the organisation.

You willcoordinate internal audits and develop audit plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organisational goals. You will deliver concise and informative audit reports and non-compliance records to effectively summarise completed audits and closed down outstanding issues.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and serve as a subject matter expert on governance and audit-related matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.

ABOUT YOU

You will ideally have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience of managing audits and driving compliance initiatives in a regulated environment. You will have awareness of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to energy transmission.

You will have excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively. You will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and propose solutions.

Your communication skills will be important to your success, with the ability to interact effectively and challenge stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
