Primary Responsibilities

•\tDevelop, maintain, and support solutions developed using the Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, Dataverse and SharePoint online.

•\tUtilize the project management methodology to lead projects, deliver solutions.

•\tPursue continuous learning consistent with evolving job requirements, ongoing changes in technology, and changes in the organization.

•\tSupervise one or more developers to implement and support deployed solutions.

•\tEstablish and maintain a high level of stakeholder and super-user interaction to champion the Microsoft Power Platform tools and expand utilization at the location.

•\tSupport and serve as a Microsoft Power Platform subject matter expert by proactively developing, coordinating, and providing on-going training, functional, and technical direction to the super-users (citizen developers) to enable a self-service environment.

•\tAs an internal consultant, develop an in-depth understanding of the business processes in area(s) of assignment; participate in, and learn how to perform, the analysis of the customer's processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

•\tBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field from an accredited institution

•\tMinimum 2 years' experience in a position of leadership / influence (defined as supervising direct reports or being a project team lead)

•\tOverall 8+ years' experience in M365 suit which may include SharePoint Intranet portals, Modern Pages, OOB Webparts, Microsoft SharePoint workflow process and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate ,Power BI)

•\tSolid understanding and proven experience to work with M365 technologies, SharePoint Online, Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven), Power Automate, Power BI .

•\tExperience in new technology: React, Jquery, SPFx, Azure DevOps, Azure functions, Github and other programing languages.

•\tExperience in C#, ASP.Net, Web services, deployment on Azure.

•\tKnowledge about Azure AD, Azure services, Authentication.

•\tExperience in Power Pages, Model Driven apps, bots will be considered as add on.

•\tAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively is a key success factor.

•\tProficiency with SQL and database query tools (SQL Developer and/or SQL )

•\tKnowledge of security methodologies, policies, standards, and best practices including firewall rules, Active Directory, and row-level security

•\tEffective verbal and written communication skills
