Stantec Programme Manager (PMO) - Water in Ireland, Ireland

Stantec is entering an exciting period of growth in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. With offices in both Dublin and Belfast and plans for further expansion, we look forward to delivering a range of projects on both the Uisce Eireann and the Northern Ireland water frameworks in the coming years.

We are delighted to have been recently appointed to deliver a programme of capital works on the Uisce Eireann Engineering Design Services Framework. To support our project delivery, we are seeking Programme Management Office (PMO) professionals of all levels to join us in Dublin or Belfast, although we can be flexible on the location across Ireland. We are currently looking for the following:-

  • Lead Project Manager

  • Senior Project Manager

  • Project Manager

  • Project Co-ordinator

  • Assistant & Graduate PM

Your role will involve developing, implementing, and managing processes and systems across the PMO Group. You will oversee planning and scheduling to provide support, guidance and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. You will analyse financial, commercial, risk and performance data and performing assurance at a programme level.

You will lead on Financial and Performance reporting to senior management as well as overseeing stakeholder management across the PMO group as well as the wider business.

About You

You will be a PMO Professional, working towards an industry recognised qualification with previous experience within a Programme / Capital Delivery Environment. You will have the ability to successfully engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels to drive beneficial change. Experience in the regulated water or engineering sector would be advantageous.

You will also have skills in performance management, planning, controls & resourcing, with a strong understanding in areas such as finance, technology and process. Your passion for delivering high quality client service and solutions will be crucial to your success with Stantec.
