Redefine your personal best.

Have you ever thought about joining a Graduate Development Programme, where you get to work in a diverse and welcoming environment whilst getting stuck into amazing projects? With us, you can start your journey to become professionally chartered or qualified.

We are very proud that our last Graduate intake was the largest UK intake to date… and we intend to do it all over again.

We have a super enthusiastic and diverse graduate cohort, with a total global workforce of 25,000 talented individuals.

When you join us, you will be part of our 2-year Graduate programme, tailored to your development. You will learn from and be mentored by some of the best technical minds in the industry. After you finish the programme, you will be continuing your career journey as you develop your technical and leadership capabilities. The opportunities are truly great.

Day in the life….

As part of the Design Team in our Bristol office, you will provide support in all areas of Mechanical Engineering in the development of efficient technical solutions that will deliver improvements to water and wastewater treatment facilities. In this role you will be involved in the whole project life cycle from Front-End Engineering Design through to detailed design and installation and construction support.

We know our continuing success and development depends on yours, so we go all the way when it comes to giving you the support you need to be the very best. Each graduate will be allocated a chartered engineer to act as their mentor to enable them to achieve chartered status.

In addition, we work on a hybrid model – having a balance of working from home and working in one of our many offices across the UK. The MEICA Team is supportive, friendly, and professional – you will feel welcomed from the moment you step foot in the door.

ABOUT YOU

The skills and experience we look for in our graduates:

• You will have achieved or be on target to achieve a minimum of an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• You will have a keen interest in the water industry and the design of water/wastewater treatment plants and water/wastewater networks.

• Any relevant work experience gained through summer placements and internships is beneficial.

• Finally, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK at the time you start employment.

Application closing date – Friday 11th November 2022.
